GymPulseTimer (“the App”) is developed by Daniel Ancuta. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- No personal information (name, email, phone number)
- No location data
- No health or fitness data
- No login or account information
- No advertising identifiers
Anonymous Analytics
The App uses TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous, aggregated usage signals (e.g., app launched, workout started, workout completed). TelemetryDeck does not collect personally identifiable information (PII), does not use cookies, and is fully GDPR and CCPA compliant. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase (“GymPulse Pro”) processed through Apple’s App Store. Purchase validation and entitlement management are handled by RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives only the purchase receipt from Apple — no personal data is collected or stored. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for details.
Local Data Storage
Timer presets and app preferences are stored locally on your device. No data is synced to the cloud or transmitted over the network.

Children’s Privacy

Is GymPulseTimer really free?
Yes! The free version includes one custom preset (limited to 1 Set), the big timer ring, pause/resume/restart, Live Activities, and a Home Screen widget. Pro unlocks unlimited presets and Sets, plus all audio and voice features for a one-time purchase.
Does the timer work on the Lock Screen?
Absolutely. GymPulseTimer uses iOS Live Activities to display your countdown on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island so you never miss a phase transition.
What audio cues does Pro include?
Pro adds beep cues on every transition, voice prompts for "Work", "Rest", and "Complete", plus a 3-2-1 countdown before each phase change.
Is there a subscription?
No. GymPulse Pro is a one-time purchase — pay once and you own it forever. No recurring charges, no ads.
Does the app collect my data?

Which devices are supported?
GymPulseTimer requires iOS 17.0 or later. Live Activities and Dynamic Island features require compatible hardware.
